2020 marked a new era for the historic Lion Hotel, with new ownership taking place for the first time since 1996. It was only fitting that the hotel undergo a physical change in its reopening.
A&B handcrafted many furniture pieces for the hotel’s bistro and express menu bar, including high tables and dining tables in varying finishes, sizes and shapes. Stools and bench seats also feature. A mixture of whitewash and natural finish American Oak, Carrara marble, white perforated steel and tan saddle leathers has contributed to the revival of this iconic Adelaide venue. This reopening has sparked memories of decades past and made space for those to come.
